In this day and age, how are transactions so bad? Is it that hard to have metadata included with your purchases for a detailed breakdown of one’s monthly spend?
I’d like to know exactly what I purchased at Uniqlo on September 28th. Append the SKU, or upload the screenshot along with one’s payment.
Thank you, Amex, for doing the bare minimum, by utilizing the built-in Merchant Category Codes (MCC’s) and providing points based on my categorical purchases.
The benefits of this trove of information outweigh the upgrade of the archaic infrastructure of which the retail banking industry currently perilously sits on.
